Hours
Bookable during business hours. Choose hourly, a half day, or a full day; the day rate is the better value past three hours.
Catering
You’re welcome to bring in or arrange your own catering. Let us know ahead and we’ll help coordinate access and setup.
House rules
Please leave the room as you found it. A refundable deposit hold covers any damage on public bookings.
Cancellation
Plans change — call us to reschedule. The refund window is spelled out in the booking terms at checkout.

Millennium Plaza tenants book from the tenant portal at their negotiated rate, with the deposit waived.
